It will only happen if someone finds out that it's a dupe & Reports the tag for being a dupe and keeps reporting it for a week or so. I found someone with a dupe a few days back with the GT Defending. The real GT was defending without the capital "D".

For a few dupes, the original tag shows up in the search instead of the dupe occasionally.

I've heard of maybe 20~ dupes getting FNC & banned since the method was found, reporting doesn't seem to do anything from my experience.

obviously there's a risk with tags like this, however I'd say they're pretty safe.
