I connected it through steam but the connection was terrible. I tried to use the DS4 program and I can't get that to work properly either. I need help please. |

Simply plug the DualShock 4 into your PC using a Micro USB cable (the same kind used for most Android phones). This will also charge the DualShock 4 battery, but in order to use the DualShock 4 wirelessly, you'll need to pair the controller with your PC using Bluetooth. Bluetooth youtu.be/aziZyqOtR6o Windows 10 Install InputMapper and connect your PS4 controller using USB cable or by using Bluetooth. To pair your Windows 10 PC with PS4 controller via Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth on your PC and hold PS and Share buttons on the controller. Now Open InputMapper and your controller should be recognized and ready to use. If this doesn't work for you I will be home Monday I will help walk you thru it step by step and can help you with any issues your having. I know my iPhone has issues with windows 10 also connecting Bluetooth thru pc it. |

With an xbox controller you just simply plug it in and it works (atleast on rocket league) I would assume it's the same for ps4 with games that support controller? |

DS4Windows is what I use. You can also connect your controller via Bluetooth by holding the SHARE button and the PS button simultaneously. |

I also use DS4 windows. What I do is connect to bluetooth using windows first, then open up ds4windows and it connects my controller automatically.
Tip: make sure you hold ps button and share button to start pairing mode on controller if using bluetooth. |
