I wouldn't recommend buying one. There's a high possibility it will get recovered later down the road and RIP all your progress.

I have one I would sell you cheap cheap. I have no interest in touching the game. It has decent stats but nothing impressive as well as a few m gold

just make a new one, part of the fun of the game is starting and enjoying the new player experience. there are plenty of ways to get fast progress.

i wouldn't buy accounts as the person can easily recover it in a years time and steal all your gp and progress
