Just trying to get the best video recording/rendering settings so when I do record I can have the best quality possible.

System Spec: CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM-16GB
GPU-GTX 2070 Super

i have an elgato and just looked up on youtube for best settings for 1080p. same with rendering settings

bitrate should be whatever you want and if your computer can handle it, if streaming you want a 8000 bitrate(max twitch allows) 1080p if doing youtube videos with a good bitrate, unless you are recording through a capture card then 1080p but idk anything about capture cards because i dont own one yet, but im sure the default settings that comes with the cap card would be fine with the 1080p with a bit of tweaking
