What is your budget and currency? 500-600 GBP

What will you use the PC for? Games such as Minecraft, Warzone, GTA

Do you need a monitor? If not, what monitor(s) will you be using? Yes

Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals? No, got a cheapo keyboard and mouse from Amazon

Do you need an operating system? Yeah

Will you overclock? no

Anything else we should know? will be wanting to gradually upgrade everything over time without having to start all over again

Quick addition too, also thinking about Streaming, can push my budget but not by much maybe to £650-£700

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (£60.98 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Crucial BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£51.59 @ Box Limited)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1660 6 GB GAMING Twin Fan Video Card (£189.99 @ Box Limited)
Case: Xigmatek Scorpio MicroATX Mid Tower Case (£28.01 @ Ebuyer)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£62.98 @ Ebuyer)
Monitor: AOC 24B1XH 23.8" 1920x1080 60 Hz Monitor (£84.99 @ Currys PC World)
Total: £614.73

Best you'll get with that budget, and you pretty much have to make sacrifices all round. Although they're relatively small sacrifices, and it's still a totally capable system.

I'd aim to spend an extra 30 quid for an R3 3100 over the R3 1200. Definitely worth it, but the 1200 will get the job done if it's all you can manage.

GTX 1660 Super can be had for 20-30 quid more than the vanilla GTX 1660. If you manually overclock the VRAM on the vanilla 1660, it will match a 1660 Super anyway. So, 1660S is kind of worth the extra money if you can manage it, but if not then just get a vanilla 1660 and overclock the VRAM. Seriously, vanilla 1660 is quite a slouch without VRAM OC.

I've just thrown in a budget SATA SSD. However, for an extra tenner you should be able to get a 500GB Crucial P1 or P2. Both of which are NVMe SSDs, so again, if you can manage to spend the extra tenner, it'll be worth it here IMO.

Lastly, monitor is probably one of the biggest(if not the biggest) sacrifice here. It's not terrible but it's just a plain old 1080p60Hz monitor. I'd really look at getting a VA or IPS 1080p144Hz monitor instead tbh, 1080p60Hz really just is not worth investing in IMO.

All the things you're suggesting spending more on, since it's not even English to me even thought its just easy to swap them out, could you make that build you're talking about, I could possibly push to about £750 for a pc £800 at a stretch, so whatever you got man that would be good is cool.

I just want to be able to run warzone and others fine with no trouble, wouldn't really want to tinker with the setting much even though I know I probably would have to on a cheap build, if I could get lets just say £800 what you got for me there?

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor (£97.99 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard (£99.99 @ AWD-IT)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (£66.46 @ Scan.co.uk)
Storage: Crucial P1 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£58.49 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1660 6 GB GAMING Twin Fan Video Card (£189.99 @ Box Limited)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case (£57.67 @ Ebuyer)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply (£62.98 @ Ebuyer)
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2458-C-MHD 23.6" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor (£144.99 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £778.56

Better CPU, and NVMe SSD in there. If you're spending the money anyway, then you might as well get a decent case so I upgraded that a bit too. I've also added a better motherboard which will work out of the box with the R3 3100, unlike the Asrock mobo. You can spend the extra 20 quid leftover on a GTX 1660 Super if you want;
uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/CnpmP...166soc-6gd
or just save the 20 quid, overclock the VRAM on the vanilla 1660 and get 1660 Super performance.

and then probably the biggest benefit with this parts list over the cheaper one, is the 1080p144Hz VA monitor I included.

You're a star, i'll probably just get the GTX 1660 Super, not much extra

Cheers
