I have an iPhone 11 pro max and i can never load webpages or even anything at all. Every time i use the web browser or youtube or any social media app it doesn't let me onto it it just loads forever then eventually stops loading and i'm stuck on a white screen. i pay £77 a month for this shit phone and can't even use it.

I have Unlimited Data, calls and texts, So it isn't anything to do with not having enough data, Wi-Fi doesn't work on the phone either it won't let me connect to that, I can't get a signal in my house or anywhere majority of the day i have "No Service" or i have 4G and 4 bars of signal but it still doesn't load anything?

If anyone can give me some answers that would be great i've been on the phone to my phones network provider and they have got no answers they were useless as always.

I have had the phone since November 2019 so not even that long really, I've had the problem since i got it but i thought i'd just carry on using it and see if it got any better but it has got worse and worse.

TIA.

That happens to me at times have you tried using 3G instead? I use to mainly use 4G like you but it would drain tf out of my phone
You could also try to 'Reset network settings' See if that works

If not then I'd get the phone checked or try your sim in another phone.

Yeah it hardly works on 3G or 4G it doesn't matter what i use nothing works, I have reset statistics in Data settings which is supposed to sort it out but even that doesn't work. ill try reset network settings now and see what that does.
