So basically as the titles goes I'm looking for a new monitor it will be used for the xbox one currently and xbox series x when it's released.
Looking for suggestions on which one to choose from.
Requirements are 1ms response time and 144hz This should be good for xbox series x?
Budget around £160 can go either way tho but don't want it too be too expensive as when I'm back to work it won't get used alot.
Currency GBP.
Thanks any help would be great.

Tbh at 160 you'd prob only be able to get a low end TN panel. I could be wrong haven't checked what TN run in a while. I'll link some in lil if there's any in that range that ain't bad.

Best you'll do within your budget.

Could get this for an extra tenner;
amazon.co.uk/dp/B08462DXV2?tag=pc...&psc=1
Will be a nicer monitor if you can manage the price.

You could maybe find some lower end 60-75Hz 1440p monitors for 160-180 quid but probably not worth it for your use case anyway.

Thanks for youre reply.
What price would get me a good monitor then as I could always just save more money.
My current monitor is outdated maybe 9 years old haha.
Just started developing an issue sokemtimes the screen will go black for 3 or 4 seconds and it's not ideal when I'm playing warzone lol.
The monitor I have now is a viewsonic vx2370smh-led

Eh honestly if you're after 144Hz, just get either of the 1080p monitors I linked.

Otherwise, if it's really just for console use, I'd probably just get a decent 4k TV.

I have a 50inch 4 TV there just rather not play on it. Noticed a big difference in playing moving back to that old monitor as I'm not having to look about as much. Thanks for you're help anyway much appreciated will have a look at those you mentioned.
