Do you need a keyboard, mouse, or other peripherals?
Do you need an operating system?
Will you overclock?
Anything else we should know?

Already got a 144hz Acer monitor and I can just buy a keyboard and mouse from anywhere bro

That's actually not bad hardware or stats to start off of at all to be honest. With that budget this is what I would buy.

R3 3100>i3-9100F.
Better quality case and much better quality PSU too. As well as a significantly faster SSD.
