It's not terrible atm but I'm looking at a colour pallet and a million ideas to try and test what I can do with it with 0 guidance and limited time.

I didn't make the contest, but I'd say this is harder than previous contests because the steps are not re-used from old contests and are pretty obscure.

We don't want it to be impossible so hints will be given every so often.

It seems that Adam and Craig are the furthest along in the contest so I think it's only fair to let them squirm for a little while more since they are pretty smart, for UK Members .

*Edit* Building off of Ahri's post above, the contest is simple in the sense compared to recent ones because there's no requirement to understand any sort of programming, or code breaking really. It's mostly finding new ways that haven't been recycled to solve problems. However I do think it will pose a challenge because of that.
