Also Biden's been a politician for a long time & even as a vp under Obama I loved them guys when I was younger till I grew older and realized I didn't even know the half. I think one of the main concerns is our foreign policy & even though Biden & Obama took office from the Iraq & Afghanistan wars they still managed to somehow help kill Gaddafi & fund Syrian terrorist aka "rebels" with weapons. Now both are extreme hotbeds for terrorism & just further makes a already terrible situation even worse & to make it worse. Obama actually stated Libya was his worst mistake as president & Biden stated Syria was a mistake. It's almost like they don't remember what creating a security vacuum can do to countries.
