Will a game run on pc with Integrated Graphics CPUs alone or do I need to buy a graphics card?

Yes it'll run but it'll run very poorly.

Youtube your CPU model and type benchmarks after it to see some performance figures. It'll be pretty appalling but it got me through a few years of LoL without a hitch

Depends on the cpu. You can get some Ryzen APUs that arent bad but I recommend fast ram. Either way if you have the money I would go with a discreet gpu
