I think a ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 2080 TI might work and is the best on the market can anyone advise me?

Not able to see your parts list.

Depending on your PSU. If money isn't an object there is no reason to not opt for a 3090... Recommended to have a 750 watt psu.

The chances of you finding a graphics card on amazon is very slim, nearly everything is out of stock

If able to get a 3000 series new.

I've been looking sense day one and it's always sold out the minute they restock. Unless I'm just looking in the wrong areas.

But what should I get, shall I wait for the 3090 to be in stock on amazon?

Can wait for a 30 series to come back in stock. I just ended up getting the 2080ti because I didn't wanna wait so long. I love my 2080ti. I just feel as the 30 series will keep getting hit by scalpers until the demand maybe dies down a bit.

Okay, so first I'd be upgrading that PSU before getting a new GPU. Then, honestly, a CPU upgrade wouldn't go amiss. An i5-4670k will hold you back from getting 240Hz.

Well, a 3090..
The 2080Ti is about on par with an RTX 3070, both of which are beaten by the RX 6800.

Honestly, I wouldn't be buying any GPU right now. Mainly because you can't, there's like no stock of anything that isn't ridiculously overpriced, unfortunately. Wait for an RTX 3080 or RX 6800XT to come in stock at a reasonable price, and then maybe consider one of those if they're within budget and you have a better PSU.
