What a year...
This has been a crazy year all around the world. I don't think anyone expected 2020 to go like this. However, through all the doom we have pushed through and some amazing things have come out of 2020. However, NYE for most is looking a little bleak...

What can we do about that?

Not only is it NYE, but we are approaching/ just had Christmas. Now, this is a very lonely time of year for many many people and people can often find themselves in the pit of depression due to this.
