| i mean i was hoping to get a modded PS4 if possible and a xbox360 with menus on all the cods to be able to go back and host lobbies for fun |

The PS4 has menus you can put on, it also has PS4AIO tool on the PC
The 360 has plenty of menus and a few PC tools |

If you have a 360 that is a Jasper or newer then yes (the best consoles to RGH) or a PS4 that is exploitable then you can mod them.
For the 360 you will need a soldering iron, solder, flux and a mod chip with some kynar wire. Follow some YouTube tutorials and you can RGH your 360 Not sure about the PS4 as I haven't modded one yet |
