Just got a ps4 again after almost 10 years and i am playing Modern Warefare again, wondering if there are any infection lobbies or hacks for warzone or multi.

Not really, PC would be the place to be if you wanted Hacks these days. And they come at a premium.

Currently the only way to cheat in MW is by purchasing cheats from a seller although you do need to be on PC to be able to use them.
