I'd get bumper #2 so when you're camping at the lake you can charge $20 to pull out the idiot that got stuck

I like the first option because it still makes the truck look mean without a bunch of bulk and shit

002 wrote What are the brands? I've had a few aftermarket ones and there's a couple I like and a couple I don't.

Looks wise, unless you have the long travel suspension and the fiberglass fenders I think the pre runner style of the first option would look a little silly. I've always had bigger beefy bumpers on my trucks so my vote is number 2. Fab Fours was by far the best bumper I've ever had with Steel craft being the worst. Currently I have a Road armor and it's ok, the quality of the material and workmanship is great but the planning on it is terrible.

If you do find a Road Armor bumper you like, they run 50% off sales almost monthly, they just ended one a couple days ago. It doesn't make them cheap by any means, just makes them the same price as a regular bumper lol.

#1 Is a Westin Outlaw bumper #2 is a Go Rhino, I have the rear matching westin already but im on the rail about ground clearance or approach angle. The plan for the truck is an overlander versus a pre running for #1 the approach angle is nice, or should I take the wench route for extra security.

If you want to get into overlanding you will want a winch. I would look into ARB, they have many options of winch bumpers that still offer good approach angles. Unless you're into some real sketchy stuff though that Go Rhino will do just fine, I've done a decent amount of off-roading and never had issues with bumper clearance. I'm in Washington though so I don't get to do desert rock climbing like the lucky folks in Utah but we do do frequently go up into the mountains.

I would go with number 2, you have a truck why not add a wench? They are very useful, especially if your in a pinch or someone else is stuck.
