The "lag" is stuttering from insufficient ram. 8gb isn't enough unfortunately. It may be enough for gta v on 1080p but war zone being a new title is different. Cheers

I mean honestly it sounds like you have the equipment to run it efficiently.

My brother told me all putting games on a SSD does it makes it load a little quicker.

Have you tried tweaking your in game settings? Anti-aliasing, Graphics performance, shadows, etc? Lowering or upping them? Have you gone to a speed test website and accurately got a reading of your internet speed?

Some games, from my own experience run better if I put them higher. Some games, Run better if I put them lower, in terms of quality. Hopefully you figure it out.

I am not looking for money. Only to try and help.

EDIT: I just checked my laptops ram...It also has 8GB of ram, and I cant run it just fine. I am not saying other dude is wrong...But...Something to check into.

Set the Display Mode to Full screen and Render Resolution to 100. Disable V-Sync and Custom Framerate limit. Change the Texture Resolution to Normal and Texture Filter Anisotropic to High. Disable Bullet Impacts and Tessellation. Also be sure to make sure your graphics card is up to date.

Some people may have gotten it to run fine with 8gb of ram, but that's definitely something you should consider upgrading. Even if it's just to 12gb, you will notice much better performance in game. Especially if you're playing the Warzone mode and not just regular multiplayer, as it's far more resource dependent than a basic match of TDM for example. 8gb ram is the new 4gb imo. Another thing worth mentioning is your GPU is not only a lower end card, but it's 5 years old. This may not be much of an issue at the moment but you will eventually notice that it's just not good enough anymore. I noticed this myself (using a 1050ti) after struggling for a couple years with semi-bad frames on a lot of trip A titles. Upgraded last year, and I'm a happy guy. Lastly I'd suggest looking up YouTube videos for specific titles you want better frames on, as there's lots of people who've made FPS boost guides that are actually useful. I've gotten 30+fps boosts with the info from some of these videos for multiple different games I play. Good luck with whatever you attempt!

I have a 2070 super that would work pretty good but if you got a higher budget go for the 30 series

Personally I'd wait on graphics card prices to drop, considering their all through the roof right now and there's not one halfway decent card at a best buy in my entire state. I'd just wait for the newest 30 series to drop and try and get one of those.
