Right, so once it's closed and I can't reopen another then I'll get my money back from the person with the humble integrity. Right, didn't give the tool, didn't give the refund, now I'm expected to cancel the dispute so you can have a third chance to do the honest thing lol. I can see why you're scamming for money.
