Been trying to contact them since Tuesday and have gotten no help.


I do have an update though. I mentioned before that the graphics card works in my old PC, which it does to a certain extent. It works for regular browsing, but once I try loading up a game it just crashes and restarts my PC. Since that's happening, I'm assuming the graphics card is damaged and would need to be replaced, correct?


I'd agree it sounds like the card is at fault. As r00t says, contact iBuyPower and get them on the case. It's no longer for you.
