I Just Got A New PC And For Some Reason The Taskbar Is Flickering. Like If I Open File Explorer Sometimes The Taskbar Will Flicker Or If I Download Something It Will Flicker.

Hello,

Are your graphics drivers up to date?

You could also try restarting your file explorer which might help.

If you go to your task manager (CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) hit the more details arrow at the bottom left and scroll down to your background processes you will see windows explorer. Highlight it and click restart at the bottom right and see if the issue persists.

Ended up Sending The Computer In For Repair. I Bought It From Cyberpowerpc which are notorious for problems but took a chance cause it had a 3070 gpu.

Yeah turns out they had to replace the cpu I guess the ryzen 7 3700x in it was bad. Was going to build but my I couldn't find anynew gpu's without paying a fortune so I got the prebuilt for the 3070 really
