I've got my eyes on this PC build with a Ryzen 5 5600x and an rtx 3060 ti, there's not many ways to get hold of the gpu due to it being out of stock everywhere unless you buy a pre built pc which is what I plan on doing. I plan on gaming on a 1440p monitor I currently have and this looks like the master piece I'm looking for and the price isn't as bad as I thought it'd be, any my question is are there any negatives of this build?

Yeah I've bought it and upgraded the case as well as the motherboard to the ASUS AMD B550 ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING motherboard. Can't wait it looks a beast on videos. Only thing now is cpu cooler, think it comes with a stock one not sure if I'd need to upgrade it but the good thing is with this build I can buy parts in the future if I ever wanna upgrade but this pc should be able to take a right beating tbh, the specs are good and can run good fps in higher than 1080p. |

The build itself looks very capable, however it all depends on the price. The only things I'd note are the PSU is only a 550 meaning future upgrades may not be as feasible. Depending on the price I'd probably look towards a 3070 over a 3060TI as the 3070 seems a much more 'futureproof' GPU. |

I'd love to change more things but I'm afraid I can't afford it man, scalpers are charging like $1000 just for the gpu so I've had to buy a pre built. It's my first gaming pc anyways. I can't throw any more money into this, I've looked online at 550w should be good, what would be affected if I don't upgrade my power supply? As for the gpu the 3060 to is a great gpu and with that as well as the 3070 being hard to get hold of rn I don't mind taking the 3060 ti. I have a 1440p monitor with 144hz so I don't really see much point upgrading to the 3070 anyway. |

Thought sod it and went all in, I've added a cpu cooler better than the stock one and upgraded to the rtx 3070 evga ultra xc3.
Motherboard is the Asus 550-f and got a better case Is this build solid now for 1440p gaming? |

Underpowered PSU's cause numerous issues including ruining the hardware it runs. The minimum recommended for a 3070 is 650W - I'd be safe and go 750. |
