There definitely is, we had one awhile back but it's super hard to maintain these kinda servers without having the mods available.
There's RP servers but I wouldn't say theyre like nopixel, it's much different. |

Nah sadly not, it would have to be approved by devs as you can't modify the console itself.
Who knows maybe gta vi will allow more content creation. |
