Bought the balance to buy something on sale, was shadowban before i even got to play a game, so i refunded it. Account isn't ban, just shadowban for 7 days on cold war. Doesn't really matter unless that's what you want anyways!

Also, it's def a shadow ban and it will 100% go away in a week or less. you can still get on cold war but it just searches for a game forever. been shadowed before lol
