I remember most of these cheap Gameboy games I used to get looked like crap, but ended up being a lot of fun. Like Crash Bandicoot and other cheap games I can't remember.

The first time I heard of Rocket League I wasn't too impressed. Like a video game where you play car soccer, that sounds weird. But now it's one of my favorite games.

I bought Rainbow Six Siege the day it came out. Returned it like a week later after realizing how lame it was. Was not a fan of S&D at the time. I bought it about 2 years later on sale for like 5$ and did not realize the community that was still behind it... and it has since grown even larger. I still play it often.

Monster Hunter World -- I really hated that game at first. The mechanics where weird but know I can say that I am a master of the Kinsect Glaive - gg to me

I just recently started playing Oldschool RuneScape and my first impressions were very bad however I gave it a change and I am actually really enjoying it. Some of the mechanics are a bit scuff and some stuff is just straight up annoying but once you look past the small flaws its actually a cool game and I am glad I started to get into it.

Good luck, make sure not to burn out like most of us. I played the game for 15 years on and off and just burned out about a month ago, hopefully in a year ill get that spark back hopefully.
