You need to download a cleaner to clean all of your cold war and mw files. You could just buy another account but you will be banned again on that.
Clean Redownload battle net get a new account dont cheat if you dont want to get banned |

You will 1000000% have to rebuy the game, I can understand it does get pricey but there's alternate methods for getting the game at a lowers cost:
using a russian vpn |
