HOW TO SAVE/KEEP UNLOCKS:
With this unlocker, it'll allow you to unlock everything. But when you log in again, everything will go back to how it was. Different ways to save/equip unlocks will be used so when you log in again, they'll still be available.

Weapons
Camos, attachments, store blueprints, reticles, charms, and stickers can be permanent, everything needs to be put on a blueprint then saved for MW guns, CW guns just put in your loadout and don't swap it.
Operators
Only one operator, skin, quip, and finishing move can be equipped per operator screen. Your skin, quip, and finishing move for each chosen operator will be lost if the operator selection screens are opened after logging in again. Changing the calling card, emblem, vehicle skin, or checking the Battle Pass can also cause the operator skin to disappear.
Calling Cards + Emblems
1 calling card and 1 emblem permanent or up to 10 calling cards and emblems can be favorited to be kept. If you do multiple for either, you have to use the "Randomize Favorites" button and they'll rotate every game. They'll be kept until changed.
Watches
Only one can be equipped and kept until changed.
Vehicles
One vehicle skin, horn, and wartrack can be equipped and kept for all vehicles until changed.
Gestures and Sprays
Anything equipped on the wheel can be kept until changed.

Please Note: I highly recommend you to use a spoofer, even if you haven't had bans before, especially if you want to use multiple RUT keys on yours/someone else's/console accounts - any spoofer that works 100% is guaranteed to reduce the chance of getting any random shadow bans (ping 350ms for 5-7 days).
