Can your card support vGPU? Should know this prior.

Reading the github page alone doesn't mention anything about modern cards. IT on the other hand does mention professional level cards. Quadro, tesla, grid, amp(?). You may have confused the high end "RTX" quadro cards. RTX 8000 etc.

The full list of actual supported cards for the software limitation are listed on nvidias site. If you can list your intentions on using vgpu i may be able to give you a more elegant user friendly alternative or solution.

i see you are right i didn't catch that. thanks for responding btw
basically my intention is I'm trying to find a way to get multiple kvm's off 1 gpu and have it set up under a hypervisor so i can have multiple windows 10 machines that can run things that normally would require kernel level access games like valorant etc or mod tools for games like call of duty so there is no risk of hwid bans also protecting me from whatever malware i may get from using sketchy executable applications in the future.. im not sure if its even possible but that's what I'm trying to do.

At that point i would suggest using an actual hypervisor. In general if you're wanting to share GPU not many support that. ESXi supports it and would be a good choice if you hardware can handle it/support it for drivers. Proxmox is another great solution. What it sounds like and correct me if i am wrong here; you're trying to setup a LAN based VM system.
