RUT is safe and updated, but yea bans are possible (although only about 1-2%), this is still third-party software
About "got banned after 2 days" - I can guarantee that this is not due to the unlocker, most probably due to the reports or your actions.

I've been using it for 2 months almost every week trough 3 different seasons and no ban.

Are you sure you followed the instructions provided correctly?
