instead of looking at it like "My squat is unfortunately the same as I can shoulder press", be happy that you can put up 30kg DB's on shoulder press, 60 something pounds per hand is pretty hefty weight https://www.thetechgame.com/images/chat/smiles/feelsgoodman.png

The leg press never actually does anything for me. Not sure why.. so I never do it anymore. I've had many coaches tell me my form is right but nope, machine doesn't work for me |

I need something for motivation to keep me consistently working out. I would love to try these workouts but after a week or 2 I just loose motivation. Any tips on that? |
