By having people or friends who have any modded cars to giving/ duping them for you, you can make your own by doing a merge glitch but I'm not sure if they have all been patched or not, me I have 150+ including tanks, cars, trucks, Mk 2, arena vehicles, and jets

Cars with modded paints, modded customizations, modded wheels, stuff that you can't buy normally for the cars in game

Like some of my cars have speed boost, and my insurgent pickups have a modded mounted turret that's invisible but still usable
