Hey guys,
It's been years since I've been on this forum. Used to help posting builds and stuff in here. Now I have a question, given that DDR4 has reached its end / maturity, and I do not plan on upgrading my mobo / cpu any time soon, is it worth getting faster DDR4 now?

I haven't kept my ear to the ground on RAM's effect on gaming performance so I have no idea. Currently I am using a mismatched set of Gskill 2x16GB 3200mhz DDR4 sticks. I was considering going "all out" on the Crucial Ballistix Max 4400 kit and seeing what actual clock I could get out of them.

Running a 9900kf under Arctic AIO and an MSI z390 board.

Probably not worth it, no. Potentially could increase performance, but it's almost definitely a waste of money.
