Hi I might seem abit dumb but I'm new to ark, when I leave the game on ark I can't find how to load it back up I struggle to find the saved game i played it on single player not online

You should be able to click single player then the map you were playing on, in the name of the map there will be a little box on the name of the map to signify you had progress or data on the right.

Then just hit continue or start.
