I want to know who inspired you and motivated you to start lifting weights. What videos did you watch?
I was always a skinny kid at school and then I started the gym everything changed cos I got hungry and was motivated. Not that I really watch videos anymore but I use to love watching: 1. Furious Pete 2. Hodgetwins 3. Calum Von Moger What about you? |

Man honestly I'll have to say it was my sister who got me motivated. Iv always been a fat kid even went into my 20s fat. I'm 24 now & last year my sister made a 180 pound weight loss. It made me so motivated it's crazy man, last year in November I was 390 & today I'm about 230.
Also would put in cringe motivational speeches on YouTube and workout to those |

Honestly I only recently started going to the gym after my ex left, no motivational videos, only music I listen to is $uicideBoy$ and Ghostmane. Got enough hate and pain left inside me to fuel the gym. |

I've always been the 'bigger' lad growing up. Never realised how over weight I was until I lost over 100lb. I've still got a long way to go, but the hardest part was the mental change.
I still look in the mirror and see the fat lad I've always been. |
