Oh man, I always said I was going to be bald by 30. Maybe I'll adjust my estimate to 25 (I'm 22 rn). I've been interviewing for two companies over the last two weeks. I just had my final interview for one today and am waiting on a potential offer. I have a third-round interview on Monday with a different company. Waiting for responses and getting drilled question after question is really stressful .

What was you're most stressful interview and why?

All interviews are stressful no matter what it is because you know you're under pressure.

Interviews are fine, it's when you overthink them they become an issue.

I've had both formal and informal ones before and always treat them the same, sure, you are there to prove yourself worthy for that role, but also you are there to interview them for a chance to have your skills.

Always go in with an open mind and it will always be fine in the end.

Interviews are always stressful regardless of how much you prepare! However you must try to remember....Be yourself and try not to panic answer questions clearly and to the best of your ability. If its meant to be you will be successful and if its not you move on or attempt to do it another time later in life.

Don't worry pal. Being on the other side of the table when you're new to it also isn't pleasant. I recall the first person I ever interviewed and I'm pretty sure I was more nervous than the candidate! But on both accounts, being on either side of the table, practise makes perfect. Keep at it and you'll get it!

When they hit you with the "why do you want to join" and you just die inside.

I appreciate all the support guys! Thanks, it means a lot. I don't really have an issue with answering the general questions. It's the super technical edge case stuff. My interviews are for software engineering. I dont like sit-down whiteboard stuff. It's hard to code on the spot.
