For my gear heads out there,

I was thinking on doing a mid muffler delete on my '18 Audi s6 and I was going to keep the rear two mufflers on. The engine is a Twin Turbo v8 and I was just curious if I were to do this would it cause any check engine lights or anything. I've been reading mixed reviews and I can't come to a conclusion. Some say I'll loose torque or have engine prob. Thank you!

not sure if you went ahead with it but... i hope you went X pipe if you replaced the suitcase. I had a S6 also and i sold the car before going thru with the cheap mod, yet from what i remember everyone said do a H pipe or X pipe for the backpressure and torque to not be affected. X pipe is better but hey your call at the end of the day.

Anyways hope that helps

No, you will GAIN an increase in HP and Tq by allowing your exhaust to be more free flowing since it is Turbocharged. Although you will gain power, it will not be noticeable since it is so minimal. Also no check engine lights should appear provided there is no Oxygen sensors connected to the midmuffler. Be sure to not confuse this with your Catalytic converter as you will throw and Engine code.
