Completely false, not going to entertain this, your Payment got put on hold, PayPal choose random payments daily across the world that are sent as friends and family randomly the check validity of the payment, it's random, this was over 3 months ago, you and i both know i rung up PayPal multiple times to fix your issue so idk why you're going down this route randomly, i never ever received that Payment and i told them multiple times to refund you, instead of PMing me to enquire about the issue like a normal person would, you went out of your way and went down the 'your a scammer!' route, completely wrong way of trying to resolve an issue.

So I'm meant to be out £36 pound. I haven't received that money back and they won't release it until you claim it. I have multiple photos of proof. Im not even going mention the bot lobby tool I bought of you that I was banned after 2 hours of using which cost £25. So basically £55 pound out my pocket for nothing. But I'll take the lose on the bot lobby tool as it was a ban. I've already received a few dms from randoms saying youve done it to them aswell since I posted that complaint. All I wanted was to come to some sort of arrangement if I could get a free dark aether lobby as a compensation as customer good will. Then I would consider us even and I'll no bother about that £36. It's literally a 5 minute process. What's the harm you literally do giveaways in your discord server for this service. What harm is one more especially someone that's actually out of money buying your services.

You're asking after you tried causing a ruckus in the server, i don't entertain bullshit if i'm being honest I'm 100% and have never scammed anybody, taking the approach of threats and cussing saying 'terrible customer service etc' which you know isn't true is just gonna result in you being gone, i don't tolerate any bullshit that's just the way it is, dont have time for it, and sure that's fine you can take it up with the mods and ill provide all proof necessary no problem.

You literally kicked me straight away without me getting a chance to explain. You had no interest to resolve the issue so that screams bad customer service doesn't it. I've got all the proof anaw. I paid for a service twice and not been refunded or compensated for one of the services. You'd be pissed. Don't know where you got the cussing from never sore at you once.

No playing the victim one bit you owe me. I've already had a sticky thread poster reach out to me over it. They have apologized for the experience i've had with you and they are going to do dark aether lobby for me for free. They didn't need to do that all at. Now that's excellent customer service. Please take a leaf out their book.

In what do i 'owe' you, like i said, haven't received any payment for that 'pending' payment you sent via paypal, called paypal multiple times to resolve your issue, you received full service for the Damascus you paid, might i add, at a discounted price, it's whatever though, you can try slander and bring me down but i'll still be here, you're upset because you got banned end of, glad im happy you're getting some free dark aether that you never asked me for, have a good rest of your day.

Don't know what your on about the reduced price that was what you were charging at the time not my fault that. And I'm not mad because I got banned. I'm not stupid enough to host on my main account. Im mad because i paid you twice for that service. It doesn't matter that it's pending I'm still out £36 it not in my account and I can't reclaim it I've spoken to PayPal they said you had to resolve it and it's a payment through friends and family and it's not refundable. I asked for an alternative to resolve and you declined. So I said yeah bad customer service and you kicked me unwilling to resolve it.

You never asked for an alternative, you're lying, post a screenshot right now of you asking for an alternative and me declining, you said in the post above you never got the chance to ask, and now you're saying you asked for an alternative and got declined, make up your mind and stick to one story you're making up, it's honestly funny at this point.

Sorry that's on me I'll hold my hands up on that. I said do you do free lobbies and you said no implying you wouldn't do the alternative even tho I never actually asked you by this point as I was about to send you a message after I said poor customer service but you had already blocked me before i could explain myself. You clearly remember about the payment issue so surely a reply like "no I don't normally do free lobbies but on this occasion I could try sort something out as I know the payment is still pending". I think we're both in the wrong to be honest. At the end of the day I'm out £36. I'm not getting that back unless you resolve it. That's what PayPal told me. And what your saying is you not going to resolve it or refund me back if you did.
