Poor service -

Paid the initial service payment on the 5th and was told the tool was not working after the payment was sent. Asked if there was any update on the 6th and was told nothing more and then asked today (7th) if there was any further updates and nothing could still be done so I was refunded.

Waited under 48 hours for nothing and to be refunded.

For something that shouldn't realistically take longer than 30 minutes, this is poor.
