Time for an IRL milestone!
Took part in my first ever CrossFit competition this morning alongside two others in a team of 3 to go and take the win! Big achievement for me personally as i've been training like a mad man for the last 6 months so happy to see its paid off! here's a picture of me dying on an assault bike |

GJ bro ! I have trained CF for 6 years and know something about it. Started once with my best friend in Sweden in Teams of two. We took 5th place on 44 teams.
CF is very good sport for movement and for other stuff. You have to train smart to avoid injuries many ppl don`t know or they dont do stretching/resting and good recovery |
