Not a huge fan of gaming laptops, I used to have a Alienware laptop that was just so heavy and I didn't like really carrying it everywhere. So just keep the weight in mind, mine was close to 18lbs.
I really am liking the new ROG gaming laptops and this one may fit your budget: rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-strix...17-series/ Also really like the Razar Blades I would recommend with just sticking with a desktop for gaming but that's just my opinion |

The ASUS ROG laptops are the ones I have mainly been looking at.
I went and had a look at it at PC world and it seemed very nice, think it was the ASUS strix g15 advantage with ryzen 9 5900HX + RX6800M, just unsure if it's worth the price since it's £1899 or if there's something better for that amount. |

I've got a Lenovo legion 7i with a 2080 super max q and an i9, I'm not sure what it's worth but it's an absolute beast. It also came with a 250hz display, it will run anything and everything in 1080p. Could be worth a look if it's available in your area. Only fownfall is it always needs to be plugged in while gaming. |
