The reason for that writing is bc they have not received a ban complaint from any of there customers from the time they starting selling those services.

I've seen people in discord servers say they got banned and then got banned from the discord server and messages removed. i'm not going to call anyone out, but TTG needs to do something about people lying about "0% chance of being banned". because when someone gets banned they pretend it never happened

There's nothing that needs to be done. Mods have been getting people banned since Halo 3 and MW1, you can't believe everything you see. If everyone is saying 0% ban but people are being banned what does that tell you? People are naive and you can't fix that. As I stated you are lucky to not be banned every time you decide you aren't going to play legit.

This would be my assumption or you're the first person to get banned for hard unlocks I've ever seen.

I had both mate so can't say exactly which service got me banned. Gutted is a understatement though.
