People still talking about the Gerrard slip in 2022 after we won it already and he's retired and been a manager of 2 clubs already... it does sound like an obsession

I don't even know what to say.. arsenal robbed. We went toe to toe with city and held them to no shots on target with 11 men. Unreal how the refs fixed this game

Lmao fixed would insinuate that you believe the ref intentionally made Gabriel commit two yellow card offences to get sent off. It would insinuate that you believe the ref intentionally made Xhaka pull Bernardo's shirt in the box to give a penalty.

You had a fantastic game without question, blaming the refs for your defensive error leading to the goal and questionable decisions from Xhaka and Gabriel is poor. You deserved a point from the game at least but blaming the officials is embarrassing.

We outplayed them the entire first half with 11 men. They no no shots on goal. We should've had a pen in the first half also, so we could say it's 2-0 at halftime. Second half they get a pen where the ref actually goes to look at the VAR screen but for our pen nope. Gabriel's first yellow came from dissent even though he only asked the ref a question without any discriminatory language. No yellow then, no red then. Rodri had 4-5 fouls and no yellow until his celebration of his goal in the 94th minute, he could've been sent off same as Gabriel. Holding made ONE challenge and it was a yellow. Refs stiffed us again and they do every game. English refs are worst than American refs.

1. First pen incident there was no clear and obvious error in the DECISION for no PEN. if he gives the pen first then it's looked at. The VAR could not see anything to dispute it hence clear and obvious.

2. Dissent does not have to include discriminatory language. Unless we know exactly what he said to the ref then we can't object.

3. You're absolutely right you deserved to win that game, i do not disagree you outplayed them. But the reason you lost is down to the players. What's to say if you got the pen you'd have scored it, what's to say if Gabriel didn't get sent off you'd not have conceded the winner.

Anyways it's a tough one to take but Assna will bounce back. in the words of the city "fans" at full time. "You came to see the champions now f*** off home"

In other news Davinson the goat, spurs clear. 1-0 against Watford we're the best in the league.
