Anyhow, in future try stick to game_patch modding or just booting from a xex inside the dash launch.

You've more than likely modified you're default_mp.xex, and or some other files such as .ff files or something similar I haven't used an RGH/Jtag in years but you're best bet is if you don't know what you're doing is to use a new download of black ops (either GOD which is games on demand from the market place, either use a disc and burn it to the hdd using FSD freestyle dash and or just use a torrent) either way when you get the game fixed I recommend using Myten for Bo1 or matrix, keep things simple if you're new to the modding scene.

Menu's and game patches can corrupt the games, but don't worry either do as I've listed above or it's even possible to try launch the game through different things, to make sure you're games broken just (remove the menu inside of dash launch, if there is any loaded) And then try boot the game through XeXMenu, then FSD and then Aurora.

If the game still won't boot you've edited the game files to a point where they are corrupted and won't run which will mean you will need to either wipe the menu (tracing you're steps back from the install method you used to add the menu). or in a worst case scenario is to just wipe the game off and redownload/burn it with FSD.
