I noticed that in my 06 Odyssey, when I try and put the tach in the ketchup, she only hits 5k and bounces around. The redline starts at about 6.1k. It's got the 3.5 V6 with V-Tech, is there some way to remove or bypass this sort of governor? It's just a winter beater so I wanna put it through it's paces before I move on.

It can be done through HONDATA under "Rev Limiter" by connecting your PC to your OBD port. My professional opinion is to stay far away from doing that.
