This is my current pc - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wZWjYg

I'm looking for some upgrades that will stop my pc from getting loud (aka the fans get loud when i play any slightly demanding games) and to just make my stuff faster...

I'm assuming your GPU fans are what you're calling loud? Upgrading your graphics card would be a logical step. That all depends on your willingness to overpay for a graphics card in today's market. What types of games are you playing, how many monitors do you use and at what resolution do you want to game at?

You could also buy a set of Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM chromax.Black fans and replace your current case fans with those.

i'll add to this, idk if they have their own software but I have msi afterburner and set my curves a little higher on my aftermarket fans and it keeps my pc running good and cool on the highest graphics. the adjusted curves won't work unless the app is open in the background(at least for me) but it doesn't affect fps or anything like that.
