So I recently got a redux computer (redux is a pc building company) and everything works fine, except for the RGB lighting. For some reason it never turns on. (yes I tried to use the remote) The fans and the cooler is supposed to have RGB.
Do you guys know what's going on and how I cant fix it? |

If it's a prebuilt odds are the RGB is installed correctly.
You probably just need whatever RGB software the components require to work. Share your parts list so we can make sure you have the proper software to control these parts. |

A lack of a program to control them wouldn't necessarily be my first assumption as even if the rgb software wasn't pre-installed, you should at least get some sort of stock or default colour pattern.
Not sure how you received it (In-store or purchased online), but if it was shipped there's a chance the plugs were shaken loose of whatever header or controller they are plugged in to. I would open the case and inspect that everything that has RGB lighting is plugged in fully and doesn't appear to be loose. BE CAREFUL, cases that are unique to a pre-built can often be tricky to take apart. If you're overwhelmed by that sort of thing you can always reach out to Redux support. Assuming your fans are actually spinning and it's just the lights that are messed up, you could always just do without it if it's not something you're worried about. |
