Don't buy Infinity Loader, you can use visual studio code to run GSC menus for free, I will add a video to this post in a few minutes.

What is infinity loader/what's it do?

I don't know of any free tools but I just got BO3 unlock all done by somebody here on TTG for 5 bucks, well worth it IMO.

I watched this video and read the comments and it seems as though this doesn't work with MP, only Zombies.

They still ban on black ops 2 if you mod it heavy enough, just down to pot lock
