Cat wrote Picked Wretched. Going for ITL build for Sorcery. Man that's interesting, I thought Bloodbourne was easier than just about all the souls games except DS2 which was notoriously easy for most. I too started as a wretched, I'm only about 3ish hours in but I can definetly see how difficult this game is going to be. I feel like I should've done a light run as a warrior or something to get the mechanics down, cause I'm getting my shit smacked. But the game is impressive, seeing something off in the distance and going "I can go see what that is" Zelda:BotW style is a really cool dynamic for a souls game. I felt Dark souls was starting to get really linear especially in the 3rd game so this is a real breath of fresh air. The only complaint I have is hit boxes, I don't know if it's just because I'm using the damn club, but there are times where enemy hit boxes straight up don't work. It's not something that'll deter me from continuing to play but it is quite a bit annoying doing a backstab on an enemy and trying to follow up with a hit only for it to not register at all. All and all I'm having fun and can't wait to get back home to play some more. |

100T wrote You have to get good with parrying. Really the only way to beat bosses on these types of games is to Parry and then counter attack or just keep rolling away from their attacks and swing when you get the chance. It's definitely hard but takes practice. |

Its a great game. From Software definitely set the bar with this one. Shame its locked to 60fps but I haven't had any stutter or lag problems that other people have been having on PC.
If you didn't pick Wretch + big sword you suck. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/551988819105153034/946874171818926090/20220225155924_1.jpg |
