How could you possible say that Lewa "wouldn't do it in the prem"
Many world class players have left the PL and flopped in the so called Farmers leagues. |

OS wrote How could you possible say that Lewa "wouldn't do it in the prem" Okay??? how does that correlate? It's about coming to the prem not leaving it. More world class players have flopped coming to the prem than have left it. |

Dan wroteOS wrote How could you possible say that Lewa "wouldn't do it in the prem" Err... it correlates because you're saying Lewa wouldn't do it in the PL based on others who have flopped... even though world-class players have left the PL which is meant to be the toughest league to go to the German, Spanish or Italian league and have flopped |

OS wrote Read back wise guy not once did i infer he wouldn't do well based on others who have flopped. I just said he wouldn't do it in the prem, not because of other players. YOU are the one who mentioned other players. You keep saying "world-class" players but are yet to name a single ex prem flop. |

Dan wroteOS wrote Yes you're correct I may have jumped to a conclusion and I apologise for that, but why wouldn't he do it in the prem? Also, Bale, Hazard, Michel Owen and Philippe Coutinho to name a few. |

Dan wrote Lewandowski wouldn't do it in the prem, if Harry Kane played for the best team in the league for past 7 years he'd have as much silverware as Lewa. Loyalty is what is holding Kane back, Lewa jumped from Dortmund to Bayern the minute he had the chance. At least lewa won some trophies with dortmund before leaving for bayern.Harry kane has only won the Audi cup |

Not to cause a shit storm your entitled to your opinion but the prem is not the best league in the world and calling any of the other league apart from the French league (Based on Top 5 leagues) a farmers league imho is narrow mindedness.
Looking at a bundesliga table for example, you can sit and call cologne farmers but they are no different from Brighton. Fiorentina are no different from Crystal Palace. The premier league top 6 is better than any other top 6 in the other leagues but the rest of the prem is pure boring to watch dross. To say kane is the best striker in the world based on this mindset of league superiority is crazy. P.s I know it's rich coming from me being a Scottish football supporter but that isn't the point, I know my league is 2 teams and 10 other teams of dogshit quality. |

OS wrote Are you joking? As a welsh man i'm shocked. Bale left spurs and won four champions league medals and scored one of the greatest UCL goals we've ever seen. And won the league twice. |

Dan wroteOS wrote No I'm not joking. Bale at Real Madrid was never had consistent performances throughout the season ,and while he did score some important goals, Bale was never crucial for Madrid's success. So having scored important goals and won trophies still doesn't hide the fact he never fulfilled his potential. So in my opinion he has flopped in a weaker league. |

OS wrote This is 100% the worst football take i've ever read and I no longer respect anything you have to say. If you consider a flop a man with 4 UCL, 2 League Titles, 81 Goals in 175 Appearances mostly players as a winger, scoring in both UCL and Copa finals in his first season at the club and then the following season winning the super cup and scoring in yet another final to win the club world cup then all i'd ever want to be is a flop. Never filled his potential ffs you must've started watching football in the last 2 years to think GB was a flop. |
