Yeah I can't get on either tried two xbox and try to download 2 profiles its been like this since yesterday for me |

Its gonna be really sad if it doesn't get fixed, all the progress on the accounts will be lost.
Its unfortunate because 2 days ago i bought and played Skyrim for the first time in my life and i really started to like it and now i cant access my account anymore. |

I'm not sure the steps or measures you have taken, I just had issues with recovering my 360 account yesterday. I tried everything, like power cycling, changing connection, I went from ethernet to wi-fi, and clearing my cache. What seemed to work for me was to reset to defaults for Network in settings, and changing my password to something different and shorter. It took a bit to download but worked. |
