Build: STR/Faith Warrior (Only use Faith for the buffs mostly but I will probably end up respec-ing to try something different)

Picture of my character. Slight spoiler so just be cautious.

I'm at the very last boss of the game and have beaten every boss except
Malenia

Finally beat dog**** elden stars.

End Build: Melee - Radahns Swords + Mimic + Faith Buffs + 60 STR + L + Ratio + mage is so op

Tip: If you are new to these types of games and don't want to rage don't run STR

Mind posting your build? I think after I beat the game as mage I am going to do a playthrough as warrior. Just not sure how I want to do it yet.

Equipment:

Radagons Soreseal (Greatly Increases all Stats, STR, DEX, VIGOR, ENDURANCE, HP, STAMINA), Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman (Greatly Increase Physical Damage Negation) and the Axe Talisman (Increases Charge Attack Damage) are the main talismans I relied on. The fourth is the Great-Jar's Arsenal which just allowed me to carry the armor + swords (Greatly Increases Equip Load).

Before the Final Boss fight I was using fully upgraded Grafted Greatsword (Increases all Stats). This even without the mimic allowed me to infinite stagger combo close to all Mobs and some bosses allowing for an insane amount of damage without being interrupted. Had to change to Radahns Swords for the last boss because they did close to 5x amount of damage with the Mimic (Not Fully Upgraded)

Stats (No Rune Buff):

For the Faith Spells - the one that saved me so many times from being one shot was the Lord's Divine Fortification, (Greatly increases holy damage negation - includes allies) But I also used Golden Vow (Increases attack and defense for self and allies) and Black Flame's Protection (Increases Physical Damage negation)

Edit: Granted that there is literally over 100+ ways to play this game, I definitely could've chose a much easier build path for a STR build but this was the most fun in my opinion. I'll upload a video if I can but the way you can infinite stagger combo the mobs with a Greatsword is the best part about this build.

I've seen a bunch of meta builds using the Moonveil, Sword of Night and Flame, Bleed, etc and yes these builds are completely viable but I feel like the whole design of this game is to find a build that you find fun and works for you. If I just abused double katanas the game would've been a lot easier of course but equally less fun.

So I am almost end game here with a few story bosses left and I am really trying to figure out what kind of play-through I want to do next.

Either one of those cheesy rivers of blood build with dex/arcane/vigor or I will go to my original thought which was to do a warrior strength/endurance/vigor.

I have been watching videos on both and I am leaning more towards the samurai kind of build cause it looks pretty fun and different. Then if I decide to do a 3rd or NG+ on the samurai I could always switch to the warrior build probably.

What do you guys have most fun playing as? I really enjoy mage but I want to do more close combat as I feel like I had the easy way out at times due to some spells being super strong.

Rivers of Blood is like actual cheese, the build I run at level 120 hits for about 2.4K with 1 combo obliterating almost any enemy that can suffer from blood loss.
